Excellent

This is an amazing place. The staff is really welcoming and service oriented. I was alone and wanted to be quiet and this is the perfect place both for staff and customers. The beach is probably the most beautiful of Koh Samui. So if you look for something nice and good value for money, quiet and relax then you should book there.

Cozy and Beautiful Bungalows near Seaside with great Breakfast!

-Very very nice staff -Wonderful fresh and rich Breakfast near the sea -spacy bathroom -water boiler, fresh toiletries, fridge, AC, TV -very soft and comfy Bed -Bars, Massagesalons, Restaurants, Shops in the street

-in general a bit simple quality of the Bungalows inside

Really Really good would consider again.

Accommodation in bungalows was excellent ,Majority of staff were friendly and helpful. Beach beds were great provided one could be found, there were a limited number available. Well sited just a short walk from restaurants and bars but quiet at night.

Only one issue with a staff member at reception who claimed that I had not paid a laundry bill. It was only 120 baht and on the point of leaving so paid it reluctantly. I know what had happened as one time my laundry was returned with another room number allocated. I had paid that but no doubt whoever had that bag with ny number on had not.Other issue was that they seem to accept dogs, no problem apart from one owner who had no control of hers which snapped at children and jumped at others.

I would come again.

Fantastic location on the best beach on the island. An understated hotel with a chilled vibe. Not flashy but authentic. Great pool and beach bar, restaurant when you want a break from the beach. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants in short walking distance but no noise at night. A short taxi ride into the main towns in either direction for a big night out. Loved this place and the staff. Great for Gen X and single travellers

Very Good

Great value. Clean rooms and facilities. The location of Bay Beach Resort was great! Right on a nice beach. Lots of restaurants and shops minutes away. The staff were all very friendly and helpful during our stay. We loved the beds in our room - most of the beds encountered during our month in Thailand were rock hard, but these beds were very comfortable!

The breakfast was good but the options were quite limited. The rooms were dated (but this was reflected in the lower price of the Resort compared to others).

Very pleasant hotel with nice pool and direct access to the beach. Standard continental breakfast included in our booking. Direct access to the beach and sunbeds are available for hosts. Excellent stay.

Fantastic holiday, great location, friendly staff, great food.

Stayed in beach bungalow which was literally on beach. The location of resort is great, on beach, facilities good and local amenities a few minutes' walk. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned every day. Superb food in restaurant /beach bar

Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean but could do with a make-over; however, this is reflected in the price of rooms compared with other resorts on the same stretch of beach.

Nice Hotel near a quiet beach

Hotel was super clean, the offer a shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. Even if you want to go anywhere else they help you with a shuttle. Room was quite spacious and got everything you need. Pool is also there with some sunbeds around. The beach is only a few steps away and also offers sunbads and sun umbrellas. The ocean is really clean and i didnt find any garbage around. There are a few Restaurants and bars nearby. 7-11 is also around the corner.

value for money

Great location. Spacious rooms with a balcony. Clean pool area. Very quite hotel perfect for 3 nights.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable and bathrooms outdated. On our second night we forgot to put the do not disturb sign on the door and the cleaner rearranged our room entirely moving our clothes from one side to the other and completely rearranging the dressing table, I did not appreciate this.

Awesome and we would recommend Bay Beach resort to anyone wanting to experience a beach paradise.

The location of the restaurant on the beach made any meal feel like you were eating in paradise. The chef is amazing and can throw together any Thai meal to the envy of any other establishment. The place is a true hidden gem and the beach location is better than any we have seen. The hosts James & Harriet and staff were ALL amazing and went beyond everyone's expectations. The added visit of the four legged furry friends makes one feel like they are at home away from home.

The only fault is it's difficulty in locating as signage is not visible during the day, but well lit at night.

For an incredible location, lovely people and great food- STAY AT BAY BEACH RESORT!

The owners of the hotel are externally welcoming and kind- catering to anything one could possibly need. The rooms are lovely and very clean, and ours had the most beautiful view of the pool to the right and the sea on the left!! It was so picturesque.

Could have done with a little faster Wi-Fi connection as sometimes it was hard to download documents.
